- This is the strongest OEM style ball joint replacement for the Hummer H1 and HMMWV on the market. Common reasons to upgrade to these ball joints is running higher than normal payload, racing, aggressive off roading, oversized tires, suspension modifications to add more travel, or lift kits where you are putting more strain do to a-arm angle.
- This design also has additional relief removed around the shaft that will allow for more pivot angle than the factory OEM ball joints. With suspension modifications you can use this to gain more travel.
- Drilling larger mounting hole bolts on the a-arm may be required depending on what ball joint is currently installed in your HMMWV or H1.
